TWO、Common faults, inspection and maintenance of bottle blowing equipment

Common faults, inspection and maintenance of bottle blowing equipment
3. Malfunction:
During the operation of the bottle blowing machine, due to the squeezing of the bottle while taking out the bottle, the position of the servo motor of the taking out electric cylinder changes. After reinstallation, the electric cylinder makes abnormal noise; Large and cause the alarm and shutdown of "Bottle Removal Electric Cylinder Failure"
Check: 1. First of all, make sure that the fixed end of the drive wheel end of the electric cylinder is loose or the bolts on the fixed end are broken or loose, and need to be replaced or tightened at the original position. Do not delay the maintenance time such as replacing all the driving wheel motors. 2. Whether the driving wheel or coupling has been replaced after the shift, and observe whether the motor oscillates when the fingers are running. If there is oscillating, the coupling may be installed too tightly and the position is incorrect. The coupling needs to be reinstalled: (1) . Loosen all the bolts that fasten the electric cylinder, pad the copper skin, and tighten the bolts one by one; (2). At the same time, reduce the running speed of the finger of the electric cylinder, and run back and forth. Tighten after adjustment without sound; (3). There are two M5 tightening bolts with sliding wire, and change to M6 bolt tightening; (4). At the same time, adjust the bottle and return to the cylinder, and slow down the speed to reduce the electricity. The impact of the cylinder position avoids unknown looseness of the servo motor.
4. Malfunction: the bottle blowing machine "fetches the bottle electric cylinder failure", the machine stops and alarms during operation, the operator manually adjusts after checking, and the jog check: the alarm is started when the machine is turned on
Inspection: 1. Analyze the alarm "Electric cylinder failure" has nothing to do with the cylinder. The focus should be on checking the servo motor of the electric cylinder taking the bottle to clarify the troubleshooting direction. 2. Check whether the signal wire and power wire of the servo motor are disconnected. 3. Check whether the fixing bolts at the bottom of the electric cylinder are loose or fall off. The abnormal noise of the electric cylinder due to the broken bolts may also cause the "battery-removing electric cylinder failure" and stop during the operation of the equipment.
5. Malfunction: The blow moulding machine has a fault on the embryo, often jams the embryo, and will cause the equipment to stop.
Check: The reason for the stuck embryo: (1) The small wheel shaft at the upper embryo is loose or the bearing is worn, and adjust the position or replace the bearing. (2) Check whether the clearance at the rotating embryo is suitable. The reason for the equipment downtime caused by the card embryo: after adjusting the tightness of the mechanical insurance after the embryonic turntable, it loosened a circle. Manually hold the turntable to test the safety function, and the mechanical safety will slip off after the embryo is jammed without stopping the equipment. (3) Pay attention to the fluctuating height when the preform slides down, the turntable can not be dialed to the neck ring of the preform, it is controlled between the necks
6. Malfunction: The embryo leaks fault alarm or the embryo cannot be removed from the large chain or the embryo can be taken off when the embryo is taken.
Check: Analyze the reason 1. Manually move the finger to take the embryo: check whether the air pipe interface is leaked in the "inward and backward" and "up and down" of the embryos; whether the fixing bolts are loose or falling off; whether there is too large a gap between the sliders and the fingers swing; Check whether the position of embryo picking is accurate. 2. Check whether the blue square proximity switch is loose, which makes the finger movement unstable when picking the embryo. 3. Check whether the cylindrical yellow-head proximity switch at both ends of the embryo picking cylinder is loose, especially the proximity switch at the origin end. . 4. Check the condition of the coupling of the electric cylinder for taking the embryo and whether it is too loose. 5. Check the position of the preform counting electric eye and the square proximity switch:
