7. Failure: During the operation of the bottle blowing machine, the bottle blowing machine alarms "Bottle feeding back failure" and stops. The phenomenon is: the bottle feeding finger stops moving after entering, and the bottle feeding finger is not closed at the same time. The big chain will continue to transfer for a while, and the equipment will be shut down.
Check: First check (1) Manually click the "Bottle feeding and returning action" to observe whether the two magnetic switches on the feeding and returning cylinder are on; if the machine is restarted after the failure, it will alarm: you can exhaust the low pressure gas and push the bottle by hand Move your fingers back and observe whether the two magnetic switches on the cylinder are on. Confirm and replace. (2) Check the position of the proximity switch at the origin of the battery feeding cylinder. When the finger of the bottle feeding is from the bottle picking, the finger is moved in, and the origin switch cannot be sensed due to the big vibration, and the alarm stops. It is necessary to re-adjust the position of the proximity switch to ensure that the proximity switch can be sensed when the bottle is sent to the finger to connect the bottle, otherwise there will be an error signal transmitted to the PLC.
8. Failure: "Bottle feeding failure" (this alarm failure is generally a broken magnetic switch on the cylinder)
Check: Manually click "Bottle feeding and returning action" to observe whether the two magnetic switches on the bottle feeding and returning cylinder are on. Generally, the alarm will be triggered by manual jog. It is easy to confirm, adjust the switch position or replace the magnetic switch; if it fails, stop and restart Alarm when the machine is turned on: After the low-pressure air is exhausted, push the bottle with fingers back and observe whether the two magnetic switches on the cylinder are on. Confirm and replace.
9. Malfunction: The needle does not swing when the pressure gauge at the pressure reducing valve blows (there are two pressure gauges for the pressure reducing valve one blow, and the pressure should be stable at 8MPa for the first blow)
Check: When there is a one-blow pressure gauge needle that does not move, the fault is: 1. The one-way valve on this pipeline cannot be reset, and there is an abnormal sound. Replace the one-way valve 2. The black solenoid valve head of the copper solenoid valve on this pipeline is burned out. Remove and replace. When there are two one-blow pressure gauge needles that do not move, the fault is: the contact of the one-blow middle relay in the east side of the main distribution cabinet is oxidized or has poor contact. Replace another set of normally open contacts of the intermediate relay or directly replace the intermediate relay.
