10. Failure: During the operation of the bottle blowing machine, the mold opening or closing action suddenly slows down, causing the equipment to stop.
Inspection: Reason: 1. Check the three intermediate relays of the hydraulic system on the west side of the main power distribution cabinet for opening and closing the mold. The contacts of the intermediate relays are oxidized or have poor contact. Replace another set of normally open contacts of the intermediate relay or directly replace the intermediate relay; 2. Check whether the hydraulic oil level and oil temperature in the hydraulic clamping oil tank are normal; 3. Check whether the clamping oil cylinder is leaking; 4. Check the electronic ruler Whether the position display is normal.
11. Failure: During the operation of the blow molding machine, if the mold is not opened, the equipment will alarm "fault on bottom mold", and the bottom mold will pop up when you click "mold open" after restarting. After running for a period of time, this fault will be reported again, and the interval is different and irregular. (Reason: due to adjusting the position of the two limit bolts of the hydraulic clamping cylinder or changing the mold, the numerical value of the electronic ruler is basically negative, and the PIC interpretation error is caused)
Check: Solution: 1. Enter the mold setting screen during the restarting process and observe that when the mold is closed, the position of the electronic ruler is basically negative, and the mold opening position is stable at around 109; 2. Adjust the electronic ruler. After loosening the clamping bolts, the electronic ruler moves down, and when the mold is closed, the position of the electronic ruler is displayed as positive as possible, and occasionally a negative number does not affect it. 3. When the mold is not opened, due to the large negative display of the electronic ruler, the PLC mistakenly believes that the mold is opened and outputs the signal on the bottom mold. Causes a malfunction.
12. Malfunction: The blow molding machine is operating normally, the mold is not opened in place, the bottom mold is stuck and the bottom mold is stuck and alarms to stop. During the time, the actual mold opening distance on the touch screen displays the mold opening position stable at around 109)
Inspection: Reason: Low hydraulic oil temperature or bad relay contacts, unstable mold opening, resulting in short mold opening distance. Need to reset and restart. Method: 1. Turn off the power, manually open the bottom mold, and then manually open and close the mold to reset, check whether the contacts of the intermediate relay of the mold are oxidized or have poor contact, and replace the contacts or intermediate relays. Open and close the mold repeatedly to check whether the mold opening gap is stable 2, or cut off the power or low pressure gas, unscrew the upper oil pipe of the mold clamping cylinder, and pry the mold open with a crowbar. After prying open, it can be powered on and powered on.
