Common faults, inspection and maintenance of bottle blowing equipment
The blowing machine runs in accordance with the process, the previous action is not completed, and the next action is not performed.
1. Failure: During the normal operation of the bottle blowing machine, a sudden shutdown failure occurs. Phenomenon: After the first mold bottle is blown, the finger removes the bottle, the bottom mold is opened, the mold opens, and the bottle finger stops after the seal is closed. Restart the equipment after the power failure, and check the bottle blowing: the equipment is normal when the air blowing is running, but after the upper embryo is heated and blown, the third or several mold bottles are blown out, and the finger stops moving.
Check: 1. Whether the bottom mold is in place and normal. 2. Whether the mold opening and closing is in place, normal. 3. Whether the servo stretch is normal. The origin induction is normal, but the X or Y axis tension belt is loose. Check that the bearings at both ends of the axle are all damaged. The air blowing is normal. When blowing, the stretch rod pushes up the preform and there is resistance, and the stretch is not in place and the machine stops. When this phenomenon occurs, first check whether the bearings at both ends of the driven wheel of the stretching axle are worn out.
2. Failure: The mold is not tightly locked during the operation of the bottle blowing machine, and each mold bottle is blown continuously. Adjust the clamping parameters during operation to increase the clamping force, and the blow will still be blown. (The height of the two limit bolts of the cylinder clamping should be the same and locked; the two bolts will contact the table surface during operation, and there is a gap between the bolt surface and the table surface during manual jog. The limit bolts can be properly adjusted when blowing Screw in to ensure proper clamping.
Inspection: 1. The mold may not be closed properly after squeezing the bottle, and there is debris in the positioning pin holes of the side molds at both ends, resulting in loose mold clamping. 2. Blowing bottle black square pneumatic exhaust valve can not be opened, high pressure gas can not be exhausted, resulting in blowing explosion. After disassembling the exhaust reversing valve and pneumatic reversing valve, clean and check whether there is any obstruction by dirt. Generally not too dirty. 3. The position of the limit bolts of the hydraulic clamping cylinder is loose. When the mold is clamped, two limit bolts or one of the limit bolts becomes loose and the length becomes longer. You can observe the situation of the two bolts from the side of the mold cylinder. When this phenomenon occurs, first check whether the position of the limit bolt of the clamping cylinder is loose.
