Mold disassembly and maintenance of automatic bottle blowing machine

1. Use the man-machine interface to switch to the manual mode to operate the mold and execute the mold opening action to the maximum range
2. Shut down the machine, turn off the main power supply and drain the low pressure air.
3. Close the inlet valve of cooling water.
4. Blow out the water in the mold, remove the water delivery pipe on the mold and drain the water in the water delivery pipe. Remove the heating head in front of the mold and put it on the mold workbench.
5. Bottom formwork removal: loosen the bottom bolts and slowly take out the bottom formwork. (It is advisable for two people to operate at the same time)
6. Removal of side mold: remove the tension rod/screw of one side mold pressurization rod, and then move the mold to the mold workbench. The mold can be slowly lifted down by two people from the side, and the mold on the other side can also be taken out in the same way. Pay attention to the surrounding pipes and wires to avoid danger. After the mold is removed, the cavity must be coated with anti-rust oil.
7. Before installing the mold of the bottle blowing machine, clean the mold fixing plate, and use the specified lubricating oil to lubricate the external surface of the mold
8. Side mold installation: put the prepared mold into the guide groove from the side, move it inward, install the mold booster rod pull rod/screw, and then lock the booster rod guide rod/screw, do not lock it first, and install the mold on the other side in the same way; After the molds on both sides are installed, lock the booster rod pull rod/screw.
9. Bottom formwork installation: slowly put the new bottom formwork into the guide groove, move it inward to position, and lock the bottom bolts.
10. Slowly close the mold and observe whether the mold joint is normal and whether the bottom mold position is correct.
11. Connect the cooling water pipe, open the inlet ball valve, and observe whether the water circulation is normal.
12. Switch back to the manual mode and test whether there is any interference or improper connection in the switch mode action. Check the mold and clamping system for foreign matters, including side mold, bottom mold, connecting rod,..., etc. Check the height of the bottom mold to avoid interference with the side mold during mold closing.
13. Side mold installation: put the prepared mold into the guide groove from the side, move it inward, install the mold booster rod rod/screw, and then lock the booster rod guide rod/screw, do not lock it first, and install the mold on the other side in the same way; After the molds on the measuring side are installed, lock the booster rod rod/screw.
14. Bottom formwork installation: slowly put the new bottom formwork into the guide groove, move it inward to position, and lock the bottom bolts.
15. Slowly close the mold and observe whether the mold joint is normal and whether the bottom mold position is correct.
16. Connect the cooling water pipe, open the inlet ball valve, and observe whether the water circulation is normal.
17. Use the operation panel of the bottle blowing machine to manually test whether there is any interference in the mold opening and closing action or whether the connection is not smooth. Check the mold and clamping system for foreign matters, including side mold, bottom mold, connecting rod,..., etc. Check the height of the bottom mold to avoid interference with the side mold during mold closing. Rotate the adjusting rod to adjust the upper and lower links of mold opening and closing until the links are horizontal and straight.
