Inspection: Adjustment of the bottle turning finger: 1. The handover height of the bottle taking finger and the bottle turning finger is mainly by adjusting the rotary joint under the cylinder to ensure the accuracy of handover between the two. 2. The height of the handover between the bottle turning finger and the bottle feeding finger is mainly to adjust the thickness of the gasket between the lower piston rod nut of the cylinder and the cylinder, so as to ensure the accuracy of the handover between the two.

33. Failure: the main factors affecting the welding ring rate (the direction of the small tail of the bottle that can be put on the ring needs to be analyzed in detail, and the position of the left and right limit stops should be adjusted correctly. First, ensure that the lower bottle limit block is in virtual contact with the bottom plane of the bottle. )
Check: 1. The qualified rate of the finished bottle blowing should first ensure that the bottle shape blown out is perfect, the wall thickness is uniform, and the small tail is hard. 2. The position of the bottle clamping finger of the welding ring machine and the rotating large plate of the welding ring machine is correct. The large plate can be moved to the bottle clamped by the bottle clamping finger in advance, and the dial can just be moved to the lower side of the upper edge of the bottle. Sending too high will affect the accuracy of the bottle pressing block. These two items generally do not move. 3. The air blowing volume and time of the welding ring, adjust the air blowing amount and air blowing time appropriately; some do not blow air, connect the adjacent relay coil signal output lines in parallel for temporary use. 4. The position of the welding ring position on the welding ring plate, the position of the left and right limit positions and the height of the limit block of the lower bottle. 5. The smoothness and accuracy of the upper ring.
