Five, common fault maintenance of bottle blowing equipment

17. Fault: The large chain does not rotate after starting up, and the alarm "revolution alarm" (large, small chain, ventilation, preform and other inverters are all on the east and north side of the main distribution cabinet, confirm that the inverter fault code is "overload" Or "grounding" and other
Check: 1. Check whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the carriage of the accompanying fixture, which causes the protection alarm of the large chain inverter; 2. The fan cover of the large chain motor needs to be removed, and the fan is manually rotated to allow the large chain to reverse for a certain distance. Observe whether If there is a foreign body falling off, then it is normal to let the big chain rotate forward. Otherwise, the fault lies in the circuit; 3. After power off, remove the U, V, and W three power lines under the large chain inverter, and then turn on the power to observe whether the inverter alarms. (1) If the inverter still alarms, the inverter is broken and replace it; (2) If the inverter does not alarm, there is a problem with the large chain geared motor or the reducer, the motor is burned, the bearing is damaged, or the internal gear of the reducer is stuck.
18. Fault: The small chain does not turn after power-on, and the alarm is faulty (confirm that the inverter fault code is "overload", "grounding", etc.)
Inspection: 1. Check whether the small chain falls off and whether there is any foreign matter jammed. The small chain needs to be checked and tightened at any time; 2. The rest of the inspection methods are the same as the 17 large chain fault inspection methods.
19. Malfunction: During the operation of the equipment, the small tail of the heated preform melted. Reason: The exhaust motor is operating abnormally, and some exhaust motors have alarmed and shut down.
Check: 1. Check that there are three identical inverters on the east and north side of the main power distribution cabinet, whether there are alarms and whether there are fault alarm codes; 2. Remove the U, V, and W three power lines under the alarm inverter after power failure After the power is turned on, observe whether the inverter alarms. (1) If the inverter still alarms, replace the inverter; (2) If the inverter does not alarm, then the corresponding exhaust motor is burned out. At the same time, check whether the exhaust motor wiring bolts are loose and tightened.
